Record a supplier check
Manual ISCC source checks. You record what you find; Biojet performs no lookup, certification, approval or submission. A saved record is not evidence of valid certification.
1. Identify the exact unit
Keep scheme, site and certificate identifiers separate. An ISCC EU or PLUS entry does not by itself establish ISCC CORSIA coverage. Other schemes require their own official sources and review.
2. Consult each source
The guide links were checked 2026-10-02. That date is not the date of your supplier check. Enter your actual observation date. A source opening never marks a check complete.
Certificate and scope · Not checked
Match the full certificate number, legal unit, site, scheme, scope and validity dates. Record the status shown, including any suspension or withdrawal. Publication can lag; absence alone does not establish invalidity.
Open official source (new tab) ↗Excluded system users · Not checked
Compare the exact operational unit and address, and the listed exclusion period. A similar company name is not an identity match.
Open official source (new tab) ↗Non-compliant points of origin · Not checked
This list concerns waste/residue points of origin that were not individually certified. ISCC says to consult both this list and excluded system users. It excludes farms/plantations supplying agricultural residues; record the scope reason if not applicable.
Open official source (new tab) ↗Published fake certificates · Not checked
Compare the document details. ISCC cautions that the named company is not necessarily responsible for falsification. Do not treat a name match as an accusation.
Open official source (new tab) ↗Certification-body red cards · Not checked
This is a separate certification-body list, not the supplier’s certificate status. Record the body, dates and stated scope; ask the scheme or issuing body about the effect on the exact certificate. Do not convert a red card into a supplier suspension automatically.

- Record the exact legal unit, site, certificate and scheme before comparing identities.
- Certificate and scope: not checked.
- Excluded system users: not checked.
- Non-compliant points of origin: not checked.
- Published fake certificates: not checked.
- Certification-body red cards: not checked.
- Name the responsible next reviewer and the question to resolve.
Even a fully recorded checklist is not a pass. Ask the scheme or issuing body to resolve identity, scope and status questions. Fuel sustainability, purchase/use evidence and claim verification are separate.
