1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Biojet Node, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using Biojet Node on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. What Biojet Node provides
Biojet Node is an intelligence platform focused on Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). It includes a weekly market brief, a research assistant grounded in a curated knowledge base, regulatory and compliance tools (CORSIA tracker, MRV helper, GHG / feedstock calculators), and an advisory service available on selected subscription tiers.
The service is informational and advisory only. It is not legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, accredited engineering certification, or formal regulatory guidance. You remain solely responsible for verifying any number, citation, or recommendation with your own counsel, accredited verifier, or competent authority before acting on it.
3. User accounts
Authentication is provided by Clerk. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at hello@biojetnode.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscription tiers, billing, and cancellation
Biojet Node offers tiered access. Tiers and prices are listed at /pricing and may change with reasonable notice.
- Free. Limited access to the weekly brief and public tools. No payment required.
- Pro. Full access to the research assistant, premium tools, and the complete journal archive. Billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
- Enterprise. Advisory engagements, custom data requests, and team seats. Billed by invoice under a separate order form.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically harvest content for resale or for training third-party models, unless you have a written licence from us.
- Misrepresent the source of Biojet Node content (for example, republishing the weekly brief as your own analysis).
- Use the service to facilitate fraud, sanctions evasion, or any activity unlawful under the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria or your own jurisdiction.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer the API, or interfere with availability for other users.
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, including confidential or personally identifiable information of third parties without lawful basis.
6. Intellectual property
The Biojet Node brand, weekly brief content, tool implementations, source-curation methodology, and underlying code are owned by Biojet Nigeria Limited or our licensors. Subscription does not transfer ownership of any of these materials. You may quote short excerpts with attribution to Biojet Node and a link to the source page.
Content you submit (questions to the assistant, notes, uploads) remains yours. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process that content for the purpose of operating the service, improving quality, and complying with legal obligations. We do not sell user content.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Biojet Node provides information for general guidance only and is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, engineering, or regulatory advice. Markets, regulations, and certification standards change. Figures may be stale, incomplete, or contextual. Always verify with the primary source and a qualified professional before acting.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biojet Nigeria Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of Biojet Node. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or (b) one hundred US dollars.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal High Court, Lagos Division, save that Biojet Nigeria Limited may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email (to subscribers) or by a banner on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
